Our program can provide untrained dogs who show the proper characteristics that are needed for protection training, we also provide trained dogs that are ready to protect you and your family.
All of our dogs at Harcore k9 will be subjected to intense training and evaluation to see if they have the proper driver for the job of protection training.
Many of our protection dogs are Cane Corsos as well as German Shepherds, these are not the only dogs we will train and we must look at the individual dog’s characteristics. If you choose a Cane Corso, we have an in-house Cane Corso breeding program: San Rocco Cane Corso. This breeding program is designed to produce the necessary behavioral qualities for being a protective, loving member of the family.
Temperament
At Hardcore k9 we believe the best protection dogs are calm and confident, Our professional trainers will not train aggressive dogs for protection because their aggressive tendencies are no conducive towards our solid, stable temperament goals. We take great pride in the fact that our protection dogs are friendly and stable.
